- 4 Bananas
- 2 Apples
- 2 Cups Berries
- 2 Cups Kale
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
- Protein Powder of your choice
- See the blog about protein
-Add all ingredients into blender
-Blend until Smooth
-Portion into 5 smoothies
-Freeze
