Peanut Butter Balls
Some Grandmas make cookies or pies.... mine makes protein packed peanut butter balls!
- 1 cup Natural Chunky Peanut Butter
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 2 Tbl Sesame Seeds
-Mash up the bananas
-Stir in peanut butter and 1 tbl sesame seeds
-Roll mixture into bite size balls
-Sprinkle 1tbl sesame seeds on top
-Freeze balls for at least 1 hour
Sesame Seeds: These tiny seeds are packed full of copper, magnesium and calcium. My gram loves them because she knows copper has natural anti-inflammatory properties that helps calm down joint pain. The magnesium, she says helps with her blood pressure and cholesterol.
