Cash In Your Chips For This Healthier Choice


Zucchini Chips


  • 2 Medium Sized Zucchinis 
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • Sprinkle of Salt
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Cold Milk (I used soy milk)
  • 1 tbl Apple Cider Vinegar






-Preheat oven to 450 degrees
-Slice zucchinis into chips
-In a bowl mix together breadcrumbs,pepper, salt.  I added some chopped fresh dill also
-In another bowl mix together flour, milk and vinegar
-Dip zucchini in the milk mix then into the bread crumbs
-Place slices on a lined baking sheet
-Bake for 30-40 minutes flipping them once halfway through
