An Apple A Day...

Baked Apple Chips
Yum!

  • Apples (Pick your favorite variety, I used Gala)
  • Cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice mix

- Preheat oven to 250 degrees
-Slice apples very thin with mandolin or your sharpest knife
-Spread slices out onto a non-stick baking sheet
-Sprinkle with cinnamon or pumpkin pie spices
-Bake for 2 1/2 hours
-Flip the apples once halfway through baking time
-Let apple chips stay in oven while it cools down for extra crunch

Apples, sliced thin, sprinkled with cinnamon and baked!
