Oven Roasted Asparagus



Oven Roasted Asparagus
  • 1 pound of Fresh Asparagus
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 teaspoons reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • Cherry Tomatoes halved

-Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
-Wash asparagus and snap ends off
-Place asparagus, onions and tomatoes on cooking sheet
-Mix soy sauce and ground ginger together
-Drizzle sauce over asparagus
-Bake for 12-15 minutes until tender
