Sippin' On A Smoothie




Morning Smoothies
  • 4 Bananas
  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Cups Berries
  • 2 Cups Kale
  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
  • Protein Powder of your choice





-Add all ingredients into blender
-Blend until Smooth
-Portion into 5 smoothies
-Freeze 
-Thaw smoothie in the morning and enjoy
