Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad

  • 1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Grapes
  • 1 Cucumber Chopped
  • 1 Cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 Apple
  • Nuts
  • Pepper and Parsley

-Cook chicken with pepper and spices over medium heat
-Chop chicken and other ingredients
-Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
-Spice to taste with pepper, celery, cayenne pepper
-Enjoy over lettuce
